Delray Beach Fence & Deck provides residential and commercial deck and fence construction, installation, repair, and related services in Delray Beach, Florida and surrounding communities. All estimates provided by Delray Beach Fence & Deck are free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the on-site visit. Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if the scope of work changes, if hidden conditions are discovered during the project, or if the cost of materials changes significantly between the estimate and the start of work.
A written estimate or contract will be provided before any paid work begins. Verbal estimates are not binding. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee if materials have already been ordered or if crew time has been committed.
We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to weather conditions, permit delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay is necessary.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written contract. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your project start date and cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
We accept payment by check, cash, or other methods agreed to in your contract. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge. Failure to make payment may result in a lien on the property under applicable Florida law.
Delray Beach Fence & Deck is responsible for obtaining required permits for work where permits are legally required, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The cost of permits is included in or itemized within your written estimate. Inspections required by the permitting authority will be scheduled by us and are a condition of project completion.
Delray Beach Fence & Deck provides a workmanship warranty on labor for projects we complete. The specific warranty period will be stated in your written contract. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by weather, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or acts of God.
Manufacturer warranties on materials apply separately and are governed by the terms of each manufacturer. We will assist you in understanding what manufacturer warranties apply to the materials used in your project.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Delray Beach Fence & Deck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from services provided, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of use, or damage to property beyond the scope of our work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from services provided will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
